PICES’ activities include annual Pop Up Exhibitions which showcase the work of artists from Phillip Island, Gippsland and beyond and working closely with artists, art lovers, community groups, the Artists’ Society of Phillip Island Inc, Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre (PICAL) and Bass Coast Shire Council to establish a permanent contemporary exhibition space in Cowes.
