Pop Up 2023 Ramada

We are currently planning our 5th Pop Up Exhibition and we would love you be a part of it.

It's an exciting time of year for PICES as we invite Expressions of Interest from Contemporary artists across Bass Coast and beyond to take part in the PICES Pop Up Exhibition in January 2024.

The 2024 Pop Up Exhibition will be in its 5th year and each year sees a higher standard of entries with more and more artists submitting work. We encourage a broad spectrum of arts including paintings, drawings, collage, original limited edition prints and photographs, textiles, free standing 3D works, installations and video/film. Selection of artworks is based on creativity, innovation and originality.

An integral part of PICES Vision is to continue to contribute and grow a diverse and vibrant arts culture on Phillip Island. We are so delighted at the success of these Pop Up Exhibitions and what they bring to the community and artists alike. It's also a wonderful opportunity for young or emerging artists to exhibit.

The depth and breadth of the works shown in these exhibitions is vibrant and diverse and attracts many art collectors, locals and tourists. A great way to exhibit and get your work seen.

Make sure you have your entries in by July 28th. Previous Pop Up exhibitors are also welcome to enter.

"As curator for the PICES 2022 & 2023 Pop Up Exhibitions in Cowes, Phillip Island I found it to be the single most rewarding arts related role I have undertaken. It's been very inspiring working to PICES primary objective of introducing a high standard of contemporary art to the local and visiting public of Phillip Island and selecting exhibition works that demonstrate the diversity and integrity of Bass Coast region and beyond."
