Welcome to the 2025-26 Summer Season Exhibitions. We begin with the Small Works Exhibition which is open from 12 December 2025 to 1 January 2026. This exhibition showcases affordable and unique artworks, all of which are 50x50cm or less.

The PICES 2025 Small Works Exhibition, commencing 12 December to 1 January 2026, is about making art accessible, affordable and enjoyable during the busy Christmas and New Year period.

This much-loved exhibition brings together a wonderful range of artworks under 50cm that are perfect for that special Christmas gift, collector piece, or simply to brighten up your home. It’s a great chance for art lovers to pick up something original without the big price tags.

Last year’s 50 x 50 Exhibition was a great success, with 50 artists showcasing their work and so many pieces snapped up by Christmas shoppers and collectors alike. The response was incredible, showing just how keen people are to find meaningful, hand-made artworks at an accessible size and price. It created a real buzz in the gallery and confirmed that small works have a big place in our community.

This year, we’re building on that success with an even broader mix of styles, mediums, and local talent. Whether you’re after a unique gift, starting your art collection, or looking for a little piece that speaks to you, there’s plenty to choose from.

We’d love you to come in and visit us to browse the collection, and enjoy the pleasure of viewing over 100 of these works in the beautiful Berninneit Art Gallery.
