San Remo Library and PICES collaboration
PICES is thrilled with our continued partnership with Myli Library San Remo which showcases artworks created by some our very own local PICES members.
After the success of the first exhibition its great to see the second art exhibition up and running showcasing four of our local member artists,
It is a wonderful initiative and we feel very proud that we can be involved in showing our support to our members through this collaboration with the San Remo Library. It is so wonderful to see two community groups, the San Remo and Phillip Island Libraries and Phillip Island Contemporary Exhibition Space (PICES) presenting two art forms, the visual arts and literature within the same space.

Advocacy in Action
The growing population of Phillip Island, together with an expectation for Arts and Cultural experiences has fueled the redevelopment of the Cowes Cultural and Community Centre to better service the future needs of the community and tourist populations
Since the early planning days, PICES has provided valuable input to the redevelopment design team with particular focus on advocating for a gallery to be included in its design.
